Realtors always need to stage a home. most people have lived in there homes for a while and have to much clutter. You can store it and move it to their next destination once the home sales. Try this approach.
I think Realtors are still another good revenue opportunity for our business. My last 2 proposals to real estate agents: I told them that we would not invoice until the house sells. This prolongs our rental of the unit and makes it more cost effective for them (realtors)to use us. Right now it's tough to get money out of them on the front end.
